Terms of Service

  1. Introduction
    This document constitutes the terms of service (“Terms”) for the mentoring and coaching services (“Services”) provided by Witter Coaching. The Terms govern the relationship between Witter Coaching and the recipient of the Services (“Client”). By using the Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
  2. Purpose of the Services
    The purpose of the Services is to provide support, guidance, and therapeutic techniques to assist the Client in achieving their personal, professional, or mental health goals. The Services are not a substitute for medical treatment and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If the Client has a medical condition, they should seek appropriate medical attention.
  3. Confidentiality
    Witter Coaching acknowledges the sensitive and confidential nature of the information shared by the Client and will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the course of the Services, except where disclosure is required by law or to protect the safety of the Client or others.
  4. Communication
    The Services will be conducted primarily through video conference. The Company will respond to the Client’s inquiries within a reasonable time frame and will make every effort to be available for scheduled sessions. The Client may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  5. Payment
    The Client will pay Witter Coaching’s fees for the Services as agreed upon and outlined in the engagement letter or contract. The fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before the Services commence. The Company reserves the right to change its fees at any time upon notice to the Client.
  6. Termination of Services
    Either party may terminate the Services at any time with written notice. Upon termination, Witter Coaching will cease providing the Services and Client will not be liable for any future fees.
  7. Disclaimer of Warranties
    Witter Coaching makes no representations or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, as to the outcome of Services or the information, content or materials provided as part of the Services.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    Witter Coaching shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the Services, including but not limited to economic, non-economic, consequential, punitive, or any other type of damages.
  9. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.
  10. Changes to the Terms
    Witter Coaching reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on Witter Coaching’s website. The Client’s continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
